Nottingham City Engagement Shoot

Nottingham City Engagement Shoot

Last Friday I was booked by Becky & Geoff to shoot an engagement session for them in and around Nottingham city centre. Becky had requested simple portraits using some of the bars and areas of Nottingham that as a couple they enjoyed being in. Having only been in the UK for two weeks Becky has already fallen in love with this vibrant and bustling city with its growing cosmopolitan feel.

Having no flash at my disposal I kept a keen eye for pools of golden sunlight and unusual backdrops, using the loading bay of Marks and Spencer to the window of Claire’s Accessories and the doorway of Kath Kidson we strolled and made images in as many places as possible, with a young and energetic and, it has to be said, such a good looking couple as this, my job was a real pleasure.

The following highlights give a real feel for the 2 hours we spent together.

If you are planning a wedding or portrait then get in touch and enquire about my services, I would love to hear about your day. Remember too that I’m looking for couples in the U.S and Canada getting married in 2016 who may like to have me cover their wedding. Please use the contact request below..
