Danesfield House Wedding Photography
Its very special being able to photograph a wedding that is simply perfect in every detail and on June 29th the wedding of Maria and Matthias was just that. The bridal party enjoyed a relaxed evening and wedding morning in the comfort of the London Bridge Hotel, an ideal hotel being so close to the venue for the service at Southwark Cathedral.
On the morning of the wedding and after a glorious breakfast Rob and I set about the task of capturing what was to be a wonderful wedding day. Maria, with proud father Vaclav watching on, and with the assistance of the superb Kylie McMichael on make-up and hair and accompanied by the lovely bridesmaids enjoyed a morning of laughter and prosecco, and a little bit of worry. With coordinator Rebecca of Glimmer and Threads taking care of the finer details the bridal party left the hotel on time.
Following the service the wedding party made their way to Marlow-On-Thames to the elegant Danesfield House Hotel, welcomed by both Graham the Toastmaster and the wonderful warmth of the summer sun all of the guests enjoyed drinks and canapés on the lawns. Following the wedding breakfast and superb and rather emotional speeches we spent a little time with Maria and Matthias chasing the setting sun around the gardens of Danesfield, eventually the day drew to a close as the new Mr & Mrs Lux and their family and friends danced to the jive and swing of the brilliant Bevin Boys.
My sincere thanks to all involved in making the day so good, to Danesfield for your superb hospitality and accommodating approach. I sincerely hope this little sample from the almost 900 images from the day remind you of your awesome day.
